New Firearm Acquisitions for March 2022

Uglier than a turtle d!@& too. 😂😂

I always thought the Remingtons were a little off aesthetically.

Not ugly at all. I've always loved the sail under the barrel, but have never been able to find one in MA until now. Will have to hit the range this weekend to see how she shoots.

Sig 365XL with 3.7" barrel & factory installed Romeo Zero RDS (20,000 hour battery life with auto-turn-on by motion activation).
Factory enhanced flat trigger and ability to carry more rounds than the P365. FYI = There is a MA compliant version of the 365X & 365XL.

(FWIW, I am in NH. It did come with 12-round mags. But I ordered some 10-round mags to be MA compliant).
For Non-MA people: 15 round mags are available. There are also "mag-guts" mag-spring kits to allow 14 rounds into a 12-round factory mag. Many owners are going with the "Holosun" 407 or 507 (40,000 battery life and metal housing), in-place of the Sig Romeo Zero. There is also a $19.95 enhanced spring kit upgrade available from "MCarbo". There is a smaller version named the Sig 365X with a 3.1" barrel.

And last, but not least, Wilson Combat has an extremely nice lower grip module replacement for it.

These (2 large pics) are from the interwebs and are not mine, showing the 365XL with the Wilson Combat grip module (I am contemplating on it when it becomes available again). The 2 smaller pics are of one I just picked-up.

Nah they’re ok. Just not the iconic colt

I don't know how anyone can look at that revolver and think ugly.
I’m a special kind of stupid

Only the bottom one is new. H&R .32 (S&W) Victor. No serial number (and it doesn't look like it ever had one). I suspect it is an early one, maybe a hundred years old, but not sure. The newer one does not have a swing-out cylinder, it has a loading hole, or you can remove the cylinder. Maybe I would prefer .38, but these would make good 'pocalypse side-arms for a woman or a teen or someone new to firearms. Or a backup sidearm for anyone. Most anything new (other than .22) are DAO (which I hate) or .357/.38, I don't like .357 and all newer revolvers in MA are expensive. So when I find one of these old, well-made revolvers, and for under $200, I can't help myself. Plus I just like how they look.

I own three Victor's in 22,32,and 38 S&W, well built little guns and fun to shoot

Cross posted...Here are mine. First glock I have owned courtesy of @Greg, once the holster I ordered comes in it will be my new EDC.

Glock 43.jpg

Walther P5. Fun gun to shoot, came to my by way of my father. He has been starting to pass stuff on to me. His friend was/is a collector & FFL and gave it to him as a gift years ago. The mag release is on the butt of the pistol grip.

I have officially run out of storage for pistols so my next buy will probably be a new safe!

Never fired, only dropped once !

ive been thinking about one of these. But the warrior poet variety

Good luck!

Overall, I like this design. It looks cool and works great. Shoots like a Glock 17 and has better ergonomics (grip texture, trigger guard undercut, extended beaver tail). Also a bit lighter (2-3 ounces) and snappier. Not many people have heard of Shadow Systems, but that will change soon.
