Hello folks - I am known as "oldfella" for good reason.. I'm old! I belong to a bunch of gun-related discussion boards, and visit the often - at my age there is little else to do; in fact, I created a board of my own, small but growing - only two weeks old. I will make mention of this board so that my friends there can visit with y'all. In the mean time come visit my little board, your opinions, suggestions and recommendations are welcome and appreciated. Check it out here: http://proguns.proboards92.com/ Take care, you hear?

Pete (The Oldfella)

Thanks for the welcome y'all.

C-pher - I am from Tullahoma, South Central Tennessee. One of my kids went to UTK, the other to UT Martin.

Ed - I like your avatar... well armed!

Armed Mainer - I know what you mean about our sales taxes, but at least we don't have State Income Tax.

Welcome Pete,

I recognize your username from another forum or two, just don't remember which ones. [grin]

Hope you enjoy it here.

Will check your place out when I get a bit of time, off to a gun club meeting shortly.

Cengtermass - Have not been to Alaska but my son has, says it's beautiful also.

LensS - Yes, I'm all over the place - love to check out the gun sites.

Lynne - Thanks for the welcome

Pilgrim - I don't know how I missed this nice forum board, I like it.

Pete

Yup, I recall seeing you on the S&W board.

Yes, you will find us a very friendly bunch and sharing a lot of good info.

Enjoy.

Thanks again fellas - Yes Frosty, you did, and a beauty it was.
After that I manage to accumulate a bunch of very desirable 3"ers, both PC and non-PCs of various calibers; I shot them all, except for the magnums - these old hands can't stand the pounding - they are all gone, except for a 3" PC 686P, which I had the cylinder converted to accept moon clips - I can also load it by hand, one-by-one, without any hiccups - a great shooter!
