I don't know about dedicated lowers, but Stern Defense has an adapter for you:
MAG-ADB92

With it, you could even use a Preban lower and put on a PDW stock or something.

yes, I have two in 9mm, one with extra killy slip over fake barrel end cover thingy, I think it's from Battlestar galactica or something. I bought with it and left in on.
I kind of like the idea of new AR like but non AR internals or non AR like operation so it gets by any existing bans.
More power to the people developing semiautos.
