I have a complete brand new upper never test fired. Upper has been checked for headspace and good to go. I have built dozens of uppers for myself friends and family. This was just an extra build I had laying around. All parts are brand new and might even have some of the boxes still. Happy to meet you at the range to ensure function
Upper is 14.5” that has not been pined/welded so you need to be mindful of that or you can put any muzzle device you’d like on.
