New Colt AR 15

I have a Colt pre ban AR15 Sporter ll upper that is brand new. Never even been attatched to anything. Does anyone know a ballpark value? Also have an new never fired same model Colt. Anyone know the value of it also?

Welcome. I think there are some forum suggestions on asking the value of things - generally frowned upon. If is the value you are looking for, check the auction sites.

It has no value beyond the average price of a used upper. The "pre-ban" status means absolutely nothing, since it is only the lower that matters for value in the pre-ban realm. I would say it is worth in the $300-$400 range if it is complete with the BCG and charging handle.
