Decided I needed a Springfield XDs for some reason or another. Was looking for an H&K 45c but none in stock at 4 Seasons. Like the feel of it and wanted a single stack .45 for a while. Nice Crossbreed IWB makes it feel very concealed.

New Ruger Mk IV Lite .22LR, and Springfield 1911A1 (the middle one).

I can't stand the serrated triggers, so today I replaced the new Springfield 1911A1 trigger with a smooth one. I'm
getting better at taking apart the 1911, and more importantly putting it back together again. Still nerve wracking
each time I do it, but getting easier.

I had one for a short time, really liked the size and concealability. The grip was like a cheese grater though, tore mm up at the range, could have benefited from Talon grips I think. I just sold it instead of messing around.

I bought the XDS a while back in Feb or March...got the three mags too for free......I like it and have been carrying all summer

As for August Im on a 50's hunting rifle kick....got three old beauties...two looked like they were sitting in climate controlled safes since the 50's.

Ever wondered if you could buy a gun from a dealer in MA with an expired MA LTC and expired MA drivers license? Turn out you can (with the right set of circumstances) so I brought a new 4" bbl Ruger GP 100 home with me on Friday.

I sold it to you, lol..... :)

Since I was able to find someone who would actually ship one to me, splurged a bit and Add another option to the arsenal. Taser X2. Now to find a custom holster maker that can do something a little less bulky than the Bladetech/Blackhawk/GCode I see everywhere.

View attachment 243051 I pulled the trigger on a Mini 14, I been thinking about picking one up for so long. Got the 16 inch tactical in all Black, going to put some range time in this weekend to see how it runs

A Hogue Overmolded stock and an adjustable gas block will make it more comfortable to shoot and stop it from throwing brass well into the next timezone.

That rear sight will annoy the f*** out of you.
I shot the shit out of it last weekend and had no issues whatsoever, I was shooting Steel from about 80 yards out and rang it every time, I didn’t shoot paper so maybe that might be different but I’m liking it for a change of pace from my AR’s.

The brass was going into orbit lol. Thanks for the info, I didn’t mind shooting it at all really

For me the Hogue stock added to the LOP, which made it more comfortable to get down on the rifle. Also built better than the shitty plastic one Ruger sells it in. You can get away with a smaller bushing instead of the adjustable gas block, but they really do come severely overgassed.

Awesome. How old is he? I’m thinking a CZ Varmint .22 to teach my sons with. Probably a few years before the youngest is ready (he’s 5).

PS like the floor!
He will be 9 next month. He has a 10/22 but gets a little trigger happy with it. Want him to learn some patience with a bolt rifle.

PS not my house, at his godfathers in Maine. Got a awesome deal on the rifle in NH.

I finally get to post in these threads again....I ordered this last week on Gun Broker. They told me there would be a delay in the shipping as they were participating in a Hunting Expo. out on MN where the gun came from. They shipped it to 4S Monday. Got the call it was in yesterday and I picked it up today. Aside from the traffic everything went very smooth...

I enjoy mine. Grip is a tad rough but it’s been 100% reliable
