New 3D-printed Glock 17 frame announcement, rail, vid

I can't see the rails, but the method of inserting steel rails into airsoft frames has worked well in the past. With 3D printing it's printing the frame.

I don't see where the locking block rests on. That's the key issue and probably the most stress. In a solid cast frame, like polymer or plastic it's not an issue, but in printed parts possible can delaminate, although many plastic printed parts are probably strong enough.

Resin dipping large filament parts and curing before finishing is very effective for reinforcement. Or manually spreading something like a 5min 2 part epoxy on the high stress areas.
