Was thinking of organizing a meet up dinner kind of like what Len does but without the $25 a plate before drinks, tip, tax, and apps. I think of the poors, damnit!

Would like to do a meet up at somewhere with a decent variety of foods, where alcohol can be served to those who partake, and checks can be easily individual.

I am aiming for November 2nd, a Saturday, and figuring a meetup time of either 6pm or 7pm, I don't know what time most of you eat dinner, but I turn into a pumpkin at 10 most nights.

Possible places to eat that can easily accommodate us....

Any Hangar (great chicken, wraps, basically bar food. Think Wing Stop or whatever you favorite local wing place is, but with actually good chicken. Looking at you, Buffalo Wild Wings). The South Hadley MA one is 10 mins off the highway whether you come in by the Pike or 91. You'll be stuffed eating-wise for $15 with water, tax, and tip.

A more upscale option, with slightly higher menu prices is the Grapevine Grill in Belchertown. Italian place, plates range $15 to $50 depending on your tastes.

There is the Boathouse, directly on the CT River in SH and also has great food, and a similar price range as the Grapevine.

Trying to stay away from Springfield to avoid live-fire training and make it so people on the far side of Quabbin, up in the hill-towns, and north near Greenfield area still feel like that can make it.

Reptile do not make things awkward again and asking people to take their un-ordered sides and left overs.

If he whips out ziplocks for the leftovers, that’s it! He’s selling me that damn Noveske lower for $100!!!

Why don’t we go shoot a few rounds of skeet or just have a fun day shooting a bunch of stuff. Then get food after if we are so inclined. I’d rather shoot and talk about guns than just BS about them and shovel food into my mouth.

I would be interested. As far as shooting this may be a problem, I am sure everyone would not be members of the same range/club. My range only allows one guest. This could become difficult to coordinate, a good idea but difficult to set up.

A suggestion Perfume's Resteraunt on Main St in Wilbraham. This is a new reopened Resteraunt that has been getting great reviews. This maybe a place to check out to see if they would be able to accommodate our group.
The Boat House or The Grapevine Grill also sound good.

I would really like to attend, but I know how you feel about my Berkshire 81 thing. 😟

Dragging up old shit in this thread of all places? I was going to let sleeping dogs lie, but f*** it, I haven't been down Woodland Ave in a while piss on 81, I'll make tonight a special occasion.

That entire time I was waiting for you to say Adam Hall was a POS, even if only in your personal opinion, and I've yet to hear you say anything like that. Murderer and a snitch. Yet 81 BC has nothing to say about it. Or you.

I'll give you this - his CP charges were dismissed. Still serving five life sentences. He's having a grand old time biting the pillow in Florida.

I would be down, you mentioned boat house. Ebs has great pub food and a decent seating area

last time I was at Eb's it was nothing but nose beers. They clean the place up?

I have no idea what the f*** you’re talking about. Feel free to enlighten me.

Way better than The Hanger or BWW even wishes it could be. For those that imbibe, they have a really good selection of craft beer on draft and cans now as well.
He's talking about old shit between me and him.

I could speak to my club president about doing something like this, but it would have to then be a Sunday, our ranges close for hunting season. November 2nd will also be pretty cold, and.... well tbh I don't think my club would be about this. Ever since Bow and Gun they've be very risk averse for obvious reasons.

How long? They don't even have pool tables anymore. Best turkey club or buffalo chicken quesadilla I've had around these parts.
It was 8 years ago. Might have changed hands. I went to pick up a drunk friend there, used the john and had a guy doing a line unironically tell me he likes the way it smells.

I wasn’t aware there was more than one hanger location. chickens hardly edible… once it’s leftovers and it’s cooled off. You can tell how gross it is. The local got shut down for several various health code violations.

On my way from, I might be interested in going depending on the day

Had some friends who worked at EBs in high school, but that sure as hell wasn’t our scene. We wouldn’t go near pot let alone the booger sugar.

Odd. The Hangar is normally top notch stuff. You mean this place right?

or this

Long story about how the franchise split.

You’re right they change the names it was wings

yeah Wings Over is terrible.
Everyone was always asking me to go and I typically don’t drink beer so there was really no reason for that… also they didn’t make pizza which I thought was strange. I don’t know if they do now or not but yeah, now they got shut down for a bunch of gross stuff. I was always shitting my brains out…. I think it was like something like 12 or 13 violations at once.

I like that it’ll be in western mass. Although the other places we went were delicious but if I get drunk, I gotta be careful because my wife gets drunk and gotta drive and it’s too far to really Uber.

That’s all right I could hold off on the drink anyway

Last time I was a shit show because I didn’t expect a food to take so long and then already ate my appetizers so firing down drinks on an empty stomach is always a risk

If you want to get smashed I'll drive you guys there and back if you can deal with my hooptie.

I don't drink at all, so I don't mind.

Unfamiliar, but was trying to keep it further north. Hadley/ northampton area to make it a max 45 minute drive from northern CT, deep western MA / hill towns.
