You guys are funny. Purists. You don’t think I could’ve thrown some salt and pepper on that? I love that rub blend. It was fantastic on my Wagyu gold brisket/burnt ends. It was even better on the steaks. Like buttah!Looks very juicy and tender... and if you like the taste of the rub, then I'm glad you all enjoyed it.
For a nice piece of meat like that though, I would have just gone with a great sea salt and cracked pepper.
