Darrell Brooks is the suspect in the Waukesha Christmas Parade incident. The Milwaukee man has been charged with crimes 16 times since 1999.​

This guy should have been locked up years ago. Instead they let him out again on bail although he had previously jumped bail. He took five innocent lives in Waukesha WI yesterday
and left a bunch of kids in intensive care. Perhaps the politicians can support the cops instead of talking about the inequalities of the justice system.

definitely preventable. citizens should be prohibited from driving cars, as cars kill people.
i have been an advocate for bicycles for a long time now. cars kill!
