Need Westchester County NY handgun buying info…

Oh yeah, I forgot about needing a receipt. And I don’t believe it would be a straw purchase. It would be 2 separate, legitimate transaction. Friend buys gun via FFL and then he buys gun via FFL from friend. But then again, IANAL
