Need ideas for reloading workbench

You have experience with the Lee press mounting system? It looks like a simple economical idea....

No experience, but I've seen it work in several online videos and an convinced it does what it's advertised to do.

I'm reading a reloading manual now (Hornady 8th edition), and will take the dive into equipment and workbench when finished.
