So according to a friend of mine the original post looked sketchy as f***, so allow me to rephrase. Hello I have been shooting guns for a while in the military. Now that I am home I want to make my own that doesn't suck. I'm building an AR-15 and sadly because of MA laws I have to do it out of an 80% lower. Therefore, I need a jig and or a drill press to finish it. Is there anyone around that I could borrow those things from.

Looking for someone who has a jig and drill press I can borrow for a day. I will reimburse if that helps.

Don't offer to "reimburse" - then it becomes a "business" transaction and the one who "rents out" the tools could get sh#t.

Probably you should consider a router jig. Much better finished quality with one. You can't build just one you know so over time you'll more than pay for the jig.

Sit back, take the time to research things, see what you need, then aquire them as needed. Dont rush it, this isnt rocket science....Its actually so simple, a CAVEMAN could do it......Unless of course you work for Maura........
