Name that magazine!

I picked this up with the hope it would take a tok round, but it is to short. Anyone know what it is? It is NOT a Uzi mag

I haven't measured it. It is slightly larger than a Uzi mag due to the thicker sheet metal

It also will not fit a 9mm through the feed lips

Broomhandle Mauser? Just a wild guess, or maybe a Red Jacket screw up?

C96's (Broomhandles) were only chambered in 7.63 Mauser, and 9x19 correct? So that's out if the mag won't take a Tok or 9x19 round.

Maybe a Mac11 .380?

Besides, the max. capacity of the Schnellfeuer C-96 mags was 20 rds. and therefore much shorter.

i know my friend's mac 11 had a kind of reinforcement wrapped around the top of the mag but it was a 9mm so this very well might be right, but who knows how many different variations of those mags there were.

if it doesnt fit a 9mm it rules out so many firearms so i'm going to second the .380 mac.

I'll try a 380 when I get home, but the 9mm was to wide to fit between the feed lips, however if loaded straight in it would load
