myles standish state forest and F. Gilbert Hills State Forest deer hunting

I don't but I know lots of guys hunt Miles Standish with decent results. I think there's a couple guys that post on here that go on drives every year there.

There was a huge asymmetric buck (13pt IIRC) when I attended Camp Squonto in the early 80s.
I haven't been back to Miles Standish since I was a teenager, but I believe there has been little development around the park, and the interior almost certainly has all the fodder it did back then.

If you do go there stay away from the pheasant stocked area. There won't be a deer within 5 miles of the orange army ripping antiaircraft fire... You also don't want to be in a tree when folks are swinging shotguns around towards the sky.

Kinda Crowded last time i hunted it , but that was a while ago.
