Thanks. It is a pleasure to shoot! Better than some modern rifles. It caught my eye at a gun show so I bought it. Didn't know the first thing about it and neither did the guy I bought it off of.

Well, I know it's missing the aircraft sight, and it's been "sporterized" but it's not a last ditch rifle and I brought it to a gunsmith to get it checked out and to confirm what it's chambered in.

Oh, and everyone makes a big deal about the pretty little flower not being filed off. I think I dated it somewhere around 1938
