MY S&W 1911, almost done.

Well I just wanted to share a pic of my Smith and Wesson 1911. I think I got it looking pretty good. There is not much done to it, but I like the look. Let me know what you think.

I've put a fiber optic front sight on mine, and find it easier to use when shooting fast. I also like Brian Enos's Slide Glide as a primary slide lube.

Nice! My only comment would be about the "billboard" S&W grips, but then that's an individual preference. Are those low-light level sights?

I don't know, it doesn't have any character. I think it needs some holster and use wear on her.

I may have to switch out my rosewood grips for some black ones, I think I may like the look over the reddish look mine has.

Solid Greider Precision trigger and your done, maybe an EGW slide stop and thick flange bushing with a .25 inch in depth crown blended with the thick bushing to make the muzzle appear like it is a .6-.7 caliber vortex of doom.

At least that is what I am going to get done on my next one ;-)
