I just subscribed to Concealed Carry Magazine, and in doing so, you get to download 2 "Best Of" issues in PDF format. In the Best Of 2005 issue, one of the articles is called "Personal Values, Responsibility and Maturity" It has that quote in there, so I looked it up on the web, and found it quoted in TONS of places outside gun forums and such.
