Well... You start by setting up the lights, then setup a stationery camera with stop motion and take a TON of stills, and piece them back together into the form of a video...

The only thing keeping anybody from controlling things that was is at least a minimal amount of imagination and a non-trivial amount of money, plus a good amount of free time.
