The 1911A1 is the one I built. Essex Frame, Coly 1911NM slide. The revolver is a 1917 Colt, made in early 1918, ex-Army.

Ross's niece sure fell in love with it. She was shooting full power loads out of it, and I think she's 15 or 16 years old.

It's the one I built several years back, and have less than $200 invested. Yes, I'm thankful of my father, who gave me the slide, frame and some of the parts.
