My 1911...what have I done?

Excellent advise [sic] indeed depicts. You have given me the final push to expend a few bucks and purchase the tools that needs to be used on guns and stop trying to get by on my run of the mill tools that won’t and haven’t done the job correctly, on most occasions.
.

Then you will definitely want a Dremel!

It expands the potential for Severe Damage exponentially. [wink]

Oh, yeah...the Dremel. If you want some nice, "I'm an idiot" level damage, chuck a carbide cutter into a Dremel, turn the RPMs up too high, and let the first time you ever try shaping with carbide be on a gun.

I still have that 22, as a reminder of how not to.

I still use the Dremel, but, um, not like that anymore.

are you bashing Dremel tools, i have 2 of them?
On the serious side, they are a great polishing tool for firearms owners,

however the rest of the accessories should stay in the box.
