Might be the way they discharge the gases, being one has more pressure could be extra set of holes or something in it. To be honest it could just be a way to sell the same product for mor money lol.

the 5.56 Nato is for the extra killy feeling, makes you feel real tactical, use when shooting foreigners on the metric system.

The 5.56 ones will be banned in Connecticut and New York. .223 is fine.

Extra pressure from a 5.56 does not effect a .223 brake. You can use either on your AR.
