I was thinking of visiting MFA with my gf - but reading up on it, it looks like its affiliated with an art school, which is actually a blend of a few other schools. Would this be considered school property? I know it gets weird in Boston with "teaching hospitals" and such - so it seems to be case by case. Anyone familiar with this case?

My brother goes to school right over there. I'm pretty sure it's not owned by any schools so it's not school property. They just have a deal with schools that allows them to use it.

MFA is NOT a school. MGH, BWH, BI-Deaconess (forget what they are called these days)and BMC are NOT schools either. Nothing weird about it. Each are affiliated with schools or have a school (in totally different buildings . . . and those buildings ARE schools and off-limits).
