Multiple Shooting Victims Active Shooter Texas Mall

They are trying to spin as a white supremacy thing, and media are saying “just like Proud Boys leader”, who was also not white.

Some media outlets are claiming shooter wore a “RWDS” (Right Wing Death Squad) patch like one of the Proud Boys is pictured wearing.
If there's any truth at all to the rumors this was somehow cartel-related, the VERY last thing They want is that little fact getting out. Open southern border and Mexicartels getting spicy on US territory? Would freak the sheep.

Either
  1. A crappy glow op (writers strike?) or

Heil Hitler from a Spanish guy, lmao. OK glowies. Its like the agent in charge woke up that morning, saw the news and was like...

"Oh shit!! Was that supposed to be today!? I havent even started the manifesto. F*CK!!!. WTF am I gonna do? Ummm...Heil Hitler (?)"

I guess now we need to raise the minimum age of enlistment to 21 as well./s
What's this bullshit about *some things* you're a full adult at 18 but other things you are a child at 18? You can shoot hardcore porn at 18 but can't buy a bottle of whisky till 21? Rifles and shotguns at 18 but pistols at 21? Lol? Why not make it all 18 or all 21?

I discussed mass shootings with my wife. She is not a fan of guns.

I said, "Illegal use of guns is still illegal." and then I said, "Murder is still illegal, too." "What's your problem?" Her: No comment. End of story.

Texas mall shooter ranted against Jews, women and racial minorities on apparent social media page

Mauricio Garcia, 33, maintained a profile on the Russian social networking platform OK.ru, which is part of a law enforcement investigation.

The evidence that has been gathered suggests the shooter subscribed to a "mishmash" of ideologies, said a law enforcement official familiar with details of the investigation. But the official cautioned it may take weeks or months for agents to analyze the information to gain a more complete picture of his ideology.

🤡

I question the sanity of anybody who thinks it is important to form a "complete picture" of the ideology of a verifiably insane person.

I'm not. The daily carry rate (eg, the % of the population that carry a gun as much as they can) even in places like TX just simply isn't that high. In MA its probably exceedingly low but in a place like TX it gets a lot better, but still not high enough to really move the needle where it needs to be.
The mall owner posted "not guns allowed" signs all over the property, effectively designating it a "gun-free zone".

OK.ru is in the Russian language. My wife uses it to keep in touch with her former classmates.

The Violence Project chimes in, selectively defining Mass Shootings to increase the frequency of AR15 use (53 of 190 cases (28%), including 17 of the 33 deadliest mass shootings (52%), and 532 of the total 1,362 mass shooting deaths (38%)) They claim 190 mass shootings since 1966 whereas Gun Violence Archive claims 208 to date in 2023 alone. It’s convenient that these Mass Shooting databases don’t argue who’s right - they are happy to have multiple sets of contradictory facts and figures to make claims based on low, high and huge counts of mass shootings.

“Details are still emerging about the perpetrator of this shooting. In our research, we find that early reporting is often mistaken. But based on what we know so far, this perpetrator follows a familiar pattern –

“The perpetrator used an AR-15 style firearm, which has been used more frequently in public mass shootings in recent years. AR-15 style weapons have been used in 60% of mass shootings in the past three years compared to about 20% of shootings in previous decades.

The perpetrator was 33 years old (the exact mean age of perpetrators in our database) and male (like over 97% of perpetrators). Like 9% of all mass shooters in our data, he appears to be Latinx, a group that is underrepresented in mass shootings compared to general population estimates.

The perpetrator had a military background. About 27% of mass shooters in our database have a military history compared to 8% of the general population.

The perpetrator may have been discharged from the military due to mental health concerns. Two-thirds of perpetrators have a mental health history, though only 10% of perpetrators commit shootings in response to specific symptoms like hallucinations and delusions. Mental health is one piece of a complex pathway to violence.

The perpetrator may have displayed warning signs and hateful ideology on social media. For more information about how perpetrators use social media, read our recent publication.”

The anti gun groups don’t want a single source of data this way they can manipulate the information as they choose to fit their agenda.

The left is trying their best to spin the white, male, extremist angle with a Latino perpetrator because of the fact the federal government classifies Latino’s as white. I believe this will unravel because they pushing it on a minority. This will disappear as more information comes out about the shooter as we are starting to see.

The only sound bite on the news this morning suggested that he had “right wing extremist” websites in his search history.

It’s a fake profile the feds likely made up. They have hundreds of these profiles on there with random posts that are made years ago. When they need to, they amend the posts to fit the character of the personality that they are creating for their narrative. the current thought I’ve been reading online is that this was a gang hit to establish cartel territory made by one of their lower level people or by someone who they have control over through debt or their family being in danger.

What's the SOP in a situation like this? Everyone in the mall has to walk out single file with hands up high and go to a detainment staging area to wait for the cops to frisk search every single person for weapons, contraband, etc? If you're one of those 'concealed means concealed' guys who go to the mall that has a 'gun free zone' policy, does that mean arrest?
It means "I didn't see that" most likely unless you have a dallas tat, those sneakers from the 60s, body armor, blak-blok costume, a rifle, and are killing innocent peeps.
