Why were there no appropriate evidence containers available and on scene during the searches?
Why was the crime scene NEVER secured and preserved?

This whole case has been a railroad job from the first minute.

Higgins is a military veteran with PX privileges on base, and routinely bought his liquor on Joint Base Cape Cod. He divulged this in text messages between him and Karen Read. Those text messages were read in open court today by Buchenik (spelling)?
It was masterful by AJ, having him read that several pages of texts because it points to Higgins' relationship with Karen, hopefully being a romantic one.
Some men will do really off the wall shit when they are enchanted by a woman. I think Higgins is one of those men.

The question is not why he travelled to "Otis" but WHY would he destroy his phone at all? And the real kicker here is, BRIAN ALBERT destroyed his phone on the very same day. That is beyond all odds of coincidence, unless there was incriminating evidence on both of those phones. Both of them were at 34 Fairview the night JO was killed.

I’ve been thinking about this some too. It was one of the first big red flags for me that they framed her. It shows an obvious consciousness of guilt right? But…[I’m always trying to test my biases especially when I want it to be true) So Could there be any other reason besides destroying evidence involved in this case that These guys would do that? They are cops, they know a shit storms coming no matter who did what. They know their phones are going to be grabbed just being there. How many average guys would want their phone turned over for a search under any circumstance? Maybe some girl friend is on there the wife will find out about? Maybe gay midget reptile style Porn? Just being a general douche bag like trooper Proctor? Talking garbage about this and that. Is it possible they just did it to cover up their normal dirtbag shenanigans? Its possible. Just trying to play devils advocate here. There is no way in the world I would ever convict her if I was sitting on the jury still.

Who would have that info, and want that leaked to those two, and what was the motive. My thought is Morrisey and he did it because he knows these guys are the murderers. Not because he was trying to help them out by keeping their side peice or midget lizard porn secret. Could also have been Auntie Beverage for the same reason.

I agree the timeline suggests one or both were tipped to the order coming down. Not to many coincidences in real life .I’m doubtful as to the tipster being the judge or meatball though. I’m guessing lower level than the judge or DA, that seems like a big stretch for either one to put their necks out for this disaster.

I’d like to drill down on the dog more. Did I catch the “ authorities” do know where the dog is? also the selling of the house has been something we on her side have been hanging our hats on. Not so sure about the weight that carries the more I think of it. If my house became the focus of a high profile murder, this controversial, I’m pretty sure I’d be looking to get my family out of there. Must be a parade of lookie lou’s driving by every day. It was also mentioned they sold it for under market value, why? Well that’s easily explained. Who the f*** wants to buy the murder house? I’m surprised it was only 50,000 under. You couldn’t give me that house at 50% off. And the pool being filled in is nothing I think. Unless we’re suggesting it was involved in the killing somehow? I know 2 different people that filled in pools right before a sale on realtors advise. Supposedly ingrounds turn off a lot of potential buyers, mostly those with kids.

Are you talking about the 34 Fairview pool? I thought the new owners filled in the pool at 34 Fairview (or the pool might still be there, not sure). There was some other party (a mcalbert relative maybe) who had their pool filled after the incident. Edit: it was Tim Albert.

The pig DNA literally means nothing to this case, other than a talking point for some fag McAlbert fan. It literally could have been present because JO ate a bacon sandwich while wearing those clothes. Sheesh.

The more important topic is the supposed lack of dog DNA. That is a worthy topic in this case. The lack of dog DNA can be explained by a couple of theories. The first theory is that JO never came into contact with a dog. The second theory is that the DNA swabs were not taken from appropriate areas of contact between a dog and JO. I have concerns about where the swabs were obtained. Let's just leave it at that for now.

I'm not aware of swine running loose in the Town of Canton, except for some ugly women, and those lacerations on JO's arm are clearly not from an animal with hooves, so the presence of pig DNA is a red herring.

I think the allegation surrounding the pool was that that was where they dumped the debris from the basement floor reno. Meaning, whatever evidence was on that floor is now fill for the old pool. I think that's something I read here?

I dunno. I'd worry more about it if I cared. I don't particularly care how O'Keefe died, if I'm being honest, and at the end of the day? If Read "did it" and goes free? I won't care about that either. What I care about is misconduct from the Commonwealth, and how easy it is for them to manufacture a conviction. That part makes me unhappy.

As for the house? If some crime happened in my home, I wouldn't care a bit.

I'm not sure what you mean about stronger talking points.

I just want to see evidence that Karen Read hit John O' Keefe with her car, which led to his death. That's what the accusation is. Prove it. Should be easy enough.

The alternate theories are fun to ponder, but ultimately meaningless, in my opinion. Maybe I'm thinking about it wrong, but I don't need one of those theories to be proven (it probably never will be anyway) to find Karen Read not guilty of what she is being accused of.

I agree the process is what bothers me the most too. Must find not guilty because of all the incompetence /or worse on the states part. Im just interested in the truth. I don’t think I’d dismiss the reasonableness of wanting to get rid of the house. You may not care, but if I thought some nut was gonna firebomb by my house with my kids inside? I think most reasonable folks would not want that house anymore.

I only call it stronger talking point because many of us have used it as another example of a clear consciousness of guilt.

So the car’s taillight hit his face with such force that he got launched 20 feet or so onto the lawn… at an angle. But it wasn’t a big enough impact to do more than bruising? No caved in face?

Yup,it’s a very tough sell. But is it possible?His face was messed up too from what I gather. Back of head with blunt force trauma and left side of face around the eye, like as if his was punched. I find it hard to believe even if he was bent over just right his face could bust up the tail light that bad too, but is it possible? I don’t know. I hit a deer going very slow one time, the amount of damage was very surprising
