If someone were to move to Massachusetts with a post-ban AR, AK, or other Evil Black Rifle that was legally purchased in another state, is that legal? Is it like handguns that aren't on the list, where posession is still legal, or would they have to dispose of said EBR prior to entering the Socialist Utopia?

It is not at all like the EOPS handgun list. That is a prohibition on what dealers can sell. The AWB is a prohibition on what you can legally possess. If you and/or your ERB do not meet the qualifications of the AWB, you cannot legally set foot on MA soil with the gun.

If it has 2 or more of the 'evil' features = Illegal

If you only have the pistol grip (ie no bayonet lug (or ears are filed off), no Grenade lug, no flashhider/threaded barrel, and no collapsible stock) then you are OK.

Keep in mind that post-ban magazines over 10 rounds are also illegal.
