Moving With An C&R 03 FFL?

So I'm relocating to a different town in Mass and need help on how to change the address on my license. My LTC/FID is all set but I'm oblivious to how these work. I've had the license for a while and have never used it and my books are good or ready but is their a change of address form? And how do I go about notifying my local PD and is their anything else I should know or do?

Go to www.atf.gov and go to the section on guns, C&R FFL. Pretty sure that there is a form there for address change with instructions. Having not moved in 40 years, I've never studied the details.

OK, I Googled it and here's what I found . . .

This seems to be the form you fill out, but you might want to call BATFE (local field office or Licensing) to verify.
