Moving to MA Next week

I'm perplexed as to why people still think there is such a thing as an "illegal" or banned handgun in Mass. I hear all the time "glocks are banned in MA", "xd's are banned in MA", I have even heard out of state FFLs say "dont take that glock to MA, they will arrest you".

For the millionth time this has been posted on the forum, the regs apply to MA FFL's in what they can transfer to us mere commoners. As of now, there is nothing to prevent these off list firearms from being owned/possessed.



No such town, there is a New Boston, NH and its straight west-northwest of Manchester so not exactly right on the border but not the north woods either.

If I can't walk into a gun store in Ma. and purchase what I want I consider those guns banned!
