Yep, it's that time:) Since I have to go up to MFL to pick up a gun being worked on, it'll be there, Friday, 9/2. I'm free all day, so I am willing to schedule and reserve a couple of lanes based on majority rules. They close at 8pm, so a start time as late as 5pm is cool, but before 4 is probably best to avoid too much rush hour traffic. Post your name and preferred start time below, PLEASE C&P prior requests to make my life a tad easier. As always, I'll bring my 2, and provide ammo for those lacking (just bought another spam can...).

I don't own a Mosin, but I'd love to try one out! I'm a member at MFL and would be more than willing to cover the range fee in exchange for some trigger time.

Later would be preferable (5pm or so) but I could go earlier if the consensus goes otherwise.

Range time is $9/hr for members and guests. I'm a member:). I have two Mosins and plenty if ammo (I buy by the spam can) so no worries there:) personally, I'm inclined towards a later time, but I want to get Lip there, so as far as I'm concerned whatever it takes to do that is my plan...

Any problem shooting silver tip indoors? I just got two spam cans of it, and don't want to tear up their backstop with steel cored stuff.

Here's what they say about ammo:

6. What restrictions do you have on ammunition shot there?

Armor-piercing, tracer, and incendiary ammunition is strictly prohibited. Shotguns are restricted to older range. If in doubt about your specific gun/ammo combination, you must ask an employee before shooting.

I don't know if the stuff you have counts as "armor-piercing".

What kind of nefarious plans do you have in mind? LOL

5 could work for me.

Is this going to be in the new or old building? Trying to talk wife into going to Manchester to do some shopping with the kids and drop me off there. Would really like to do this to meet some people and finally shoot these Mosins of mine. Plus if anyone hasn't shot a Ruger SR9c yet, I'm thinking of bringing it to get some more rounds through it. Only maybe about 150 or so through it yet. Will we need any targets? I have some of the zeroing in type with the one inch square I think that I could bring. Plus then maybe I could learn how to get these clean using corrosive ammo. Not sure what shirt I would be wearing, but I can definitely have on my NRA hat.

Thanks Charles.

I had a blast. Sorry I had to leave early, needed to pickup the old battleaxe. Can't wait to do it again. Pics of my bruised shoulder coming tomorrow...

I had a blast as well, great shooting with you guys. I definitely plan on buying a Mosin at some point, but at the very least I'll grab some 7.62x54R ammo before the next time so I'm not mooching quite so much.
