That’s so perverse. The police are literally engaging and and facilitating the crime they are saying they are claiming to be investigating. They are directly violating law. Acting immorally. Intentionally victimizing vulnerable women who may already be victims.

Again I ask, what is wrong with these cops?

The Chief defending the conduct is even worse. Saying his officers were the victims is so utterly ridiculous I don’t know where to begin.

“They had to get 8 hand jobs because despite it being explicitly illegal, despite the law not requiring actual sex acts only the offer of sex acts to constitute a crime, somehow his officers had to expose themselves to the women with a wink, and that means it’s actually the women who are the ones making the proffer.”

So basically, there might not have been any prostitution or sex trafficking before, so the police ensured there was by doing it themselves.

We think there is sex trafficking and prostitution taking place.

We need to investigate.

We were unable to find any evidence of either so instead are going to send in undercover cops to repeatedly ask for hand jobs.

It’s explicitly illegal to engage in sexual activity while on duty.

Having women we suspect are trafficking victims give cops handjobs isn’t abusive and doesn’t take advantage of them but instead actually means the cops getting the handjobs are the victims and the trafficking victims are actually committing sexual assault.

The above is apparently what the policing are trying to portray. Maybe I’m off, but it sounds to me like the police are the criminals engaging in sex trafficking.

a few years back, and it took a few years for the video to leak out.... but they caught a Fort Myers cop getting a rub and tug during a undercover sting.

(in the end they couldn't prosecute but there is little doubt as to what really happened)

A 10th Circuit case from Colorado: the right to record police is well established, and shining a flashlight into the camera to block recording violates that right.

QI denied.

Protected and served the shit out of this family, burning their house down and killing a kid in the process.

Here's a fun one. Some good old cop on cop and attempted dog killing action!

Cop tries to murder dog and instead shoots partner. The epitome of competency.

It’s not just Ugalde.

Cop runs away screaming and panicking, blindly shooting over his head backwards, and shoots his own partner. PD has absolutely no problems with it. Instead they reprimand the partner who got shot, charge someone else with attempted murder, and coverup the fact it was her cowardly partner who shot her for nearly a year.

Absolutely hammered police chief is stopped for driving drunk. Do the cops who stopped him:

a) arrest him for DUI
b) let him drive off free
c) apologize like they were causing an inconvenience and let someone else take him home

Hazelwood has a long history of bad behavior. I remember 12+ years ago when they were busting people whose car cams proved themselves innocent.

Kansas City Police officer shoots a fellow officer when intending to shoot a suspect.

Ironically, she thinks the gunshot came from the suspect shooting and proceeds to shoot him twice killing him

What in the absolute cluster f***!?!

Is that going to be the new tactic? Use unjustified force against a fellow officer to justify that officer using force against someone else?

Deadly incompetence.

Apparently arrest warrants make it OK to burn a house down killing children inside. Solid decision making here. Perfect example of over funding toys and when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail.

Maybe instead of flashbangs, drones and tear gas the SWAT team should be issued a bullhorn and a deck of playing cards to just sit and wait. You'd think they'd enjoy all the OT of that method.

Status update:

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - There are growing concerns about an investigation that’s gone largely silent involving a deadly police shooting in Tucson.

The shocking shooting was caught on police body camera.

Then Tucson police officer Ryan Remington killed a shoplifting suspect in a motorized scooter.

That was nearly eight months ago.

Tucson police moved quickly to fire Remington.

He’s now appealing, but we still haven’t heard what Pima County Attorney Laura Conover plans to do with the case.

Some legal experts have said prosecutors are taking too long to make a decision.

Conover released a video statement back in December saying the body-cam video is jarring, but its the county attorney’s obligation to not rush a decision in this case.

Police say a worker told Remington that Richard Lee Richards had stolen a toolbox.

Video reveals Remington caught up with him asking for a receipt, then Richards pulled out a knife and started to enter the store. Remington fired nine rounds at Richards, killing him.

Now Conover has to decide if criminal charges are warranted.

Recently, Conover again said it’s under investigation and the rules are crystal clear that she cannot comment on it to preserve the integrity of their investigation.

“What I can say more helpfully more broadly is that, for example, the most recent federal case against a border patrol agent took 18 months before the incident was presented to grand jury and indicted an charges were actually filed. We are certainly hoping it won’t take that long to come to a resolution. We are working arduously at it. But other than that, it’s impossible to comment without breaking the rules,” she said.

KOLD also contacted Remington’s lawyer, Mike Storie, about the delay.

“At least the CA’s office is taking longer to review the case than the Mayor and Chief (Chris Magnus) who rushed to judgment,” he replied.

Conover said months ago she convened a critical incident review group to examine the case and the PCAO told us that the group has met.

Meanwhile in Texas (the town next door to where I lived), an adult air rifle is used in apparent legitimate self defense.

WAKE VILLAGE, Texas — One man is in critical condition after being shot in the chest with an air rifle Thursday afternoon near a housing complex.

About 12:45 p.m., police were dispatched to the 800 block of MacArthur, where they found a 28-year-old white male bleeding suffering from what appeared to be a penetrating wound to the chest, said Sgt. Todd Aultman of the Police Department.

Officers provided first aid until LifeNet arrived and took the man to a local hospital.

"The initial investigation has determined the injured party was shot with a high-powered adult air rifle, and appears to have been self-defense," Aultman said later Thursday in a news release.

The shooting reportedly stemmed from a domestic issue that started somewhere else and migrated to MacArthur, Aultman said earlier Thursday.

The suspected shooter was interviewed and released without charges.

"The investigation is ongoing, and there are details of this incident that have not been released," Aultman said.

Spoiler: He was terminated from his position and received a written warning for the speeding! [rofl]

"Mirandize him and do it right!"

The arresting officer had already told the drunk to not say a word.
