Given the cops age, you would think there would have been an ounce of practical wisdom in him, nope. He was making stuff up on the spot and sounded like a dumdass doing it

That dyke cop needs to be placed in a padded cell before it murders someone. Couldn't be more unstable. Even the other cop was like WTF when she pulled the gun.

Should have never said word one to that bitch cop. Every last one I have ever encountered has been on an epic power trip.

I got stopped years ago by a female NY state trooper.

I had too many kids in the car for the number of seatbelts.

She was furious and laid into me and when she was done she said, “Where are you going?”

    “Chuck E. Cheese’s”

She came back with a warning.

She said, “I was going to throw the book at you until you said you were taking the kids to Chuck E. Cheese’s.”

I also got a warning from a female state trooper in SC.

I looked at her with puppy-dog eyes and said, “I really don’t need a ticket.”

Wow... what a complete bitch assed c***. That whole process was complete fabrication. Exit order over a lawful gun that they could have checked on computer. Pure law Enforcement fiction

The exit order was the least aggregious thing, when you compare it to the almost shooting him in the head part.

Not to mention almost everything out of her mouth was a lie. Claiming he was acting nervous and resisting. I mean when cops know they are on camera and even have cameras themselves and are still willing to blatantly lie, how can they ever be trusted? About anything?

The exit order and his subsequent questioning of it, is what prompted that clam to jump to 11

Does Faceplant not have CC in their videos? I usually need/use it when listening to these police interactions.

According to the stripes on her arm she is probably someone's supervisor.

    Driver seemed reasonable & polite

    Remember, they are COPS
If you say anything to protect your rights, they will find an immediate way to tangle you up
Comply, answer their questions................offer no more talk than necessary
Again, offer no more talk than necessary
They are very thinned skinned, despite their jackbooted appearance

I love how he calls her a nazi and that's all it takes for her to literally go full Gestapo.

Years ago a female NH Trooper, stopped when my truck broke down. She drove me to the parts store, waited while I bought a coil, drove me back, and waited until I was back on the road. And I was carrying the whole time (yes I told her). Just pointing out that not all cops are bad..... and yes she was hot, but I was still married at the time.

I may have missed some words but I couldn't figure out what he did other than be "nervous". Why shouldn't I be nervous anyway? I nearly shit myself with nervousness every time a cop pulls me over. I'm supposed to be calm when I'm in imminent danger of either having to lose lots of money, or worse?

While moving to NH, I suffered a burned out bearing on our trailer, and was waiting on the shoulder of the NY Thruway (I-90) for a tow, in the Syracuse area. I had already called for a assistance using my insurance, then some highway guys showed up and got a little belligerent about towing services. I had no idea that it was a restricted towing zone, but they got pissed that my service wasn't using their guy. Their crew chief berated me about the Thruway being private property. "Okay, so... call whoever you need to call!"

Next thing I know, there is a very large black man in a NYSP uniform at my window wanting to know if everything is okay. I assure him that yes, we're just waiting for a tow. He said he was called because a motorist was causing a problem. I smiled and said that I didn't know about the towing rules here, and had called my service, but I would take whoever showed up. He smiled and said it was okay, but he would just stay behind us with his lights on for safety. I thanked him for that.

I was in a Texas truck towing a Texas trailer full of guns and ammo. I was carrying two pistols on my person and not really eager to test New York's acceptance of my LEOSA status. Thankfully it never came up. The trooper never even asked for license and insurance.

I'm as harsh on police abuse as anyone, but that was a pleasant experience. If you're ever broken down near Syracuse, I can tell you a garage to call, and a great deli to get lunch and buy some craft beers. ;)

This is the kind of thing that happens when cops see everyone as the enemy.

    Well now........
So I believe I heard the cop say that the alleged perp rammed the cops car.....that’s assault w a deadly weapon IMO
    BUT..............

The cop was poorly trained, or he slept through trading classes , or maybe ( more than likely ) a douche nozzle

He did a absolutely shit job of containing and apprehending the individual
He, IMO, subjected the perp to excessive force
He didn’t know how to effectively do his job
I’m surprised he didn’t shoot him

Can you imagine behaving like that at a normal job and not being liable for all your actions?
