It's basic strategy... If you have illegal arms leaving the country, you want to make sure its not the good stuff...Do really think that even 3rd world countries don't know about Highpoint?
Heck, according to our government that's likely a $1200 "Arsenal" bought at a guns how in Texas and converted to fully auto - if it wasn't already...not entirely sure...
