Select BUY. Enter the info requested (Name, email, etc.) It registers you. Winner is notified by email after the drawing. NO CC required. I've won a few things from them and it never cost me a penny nor did I ever have to supply a CC number for the raffle. I've also purchased some things (GOOD DEALS!) from them for that I needed to supply payment information. I bought a really nice trail cam from them for really small money.
