Mill ownership

I am a couple miles from rt 2 a couple more miles and I would basically eat a gun unless i was working from home. Cutting that 5/10/15 minutes of "driving in stop and go bullshit " off at one end is a huge win.
One of the main reasons for retiring at 64 1/2 was the commute on RT 2 to Hanscom from Leominster, I used to live in Norwood and the commute to Hanscom was even worse on 128.
If I added up all the time I've spent commuting to work and sitting in traffic I'd lose my mind.
If they raze the Mill and put in condos or mixed use development the locals will be crying for the good old days.

Was planning a trip to the mill for lowers soon from the Berkshires. Been out there before but it’s a poke for me. Is that still possible? Doesn’t sound like anyone moved out yet, but people can pm me if it’s better that way.
Most of the bigger walk in places are still there. Assuming you're there during 'prime time', roughly sat 10-2 or sun 2-6, you should be good to go and find the widest selection.
There's still activity outside of those times but gets somewhat hit or miss
