Microstamping and 15 guns a year - friend asked about it

I just got a call from a friend who said he was forwarded an email from the NRA (I didn't see it or get one) that said that the public safety committee was voting that day on two bills one for Microstamping and the other to limit purchases to 15 guns a year.

Has anyone heard about this? is it true? is there a thread about it?

I heard about it, the micro stamp requirement would basically mean no new anything of any kind will be for sale in ma. You won't have to worry about buying 16 of anything.
