MG42 semi in Mass?

Just wondering if anyone has an idea if it would be legal to build a semi MG42 in Mass?

it is. Cant start cranking them out and selling them, I assume you mean you want to build one for yourself - which is legal provided you follow BAFTE laws and what not.

It's no different than my M1919 as far as legality goes. The only question that arises is if you are using links vs a pre-ban belt. If you link more than 10 rounds together using new links there could be some issue according to some.

actually got boxes of 1972 marked links. any question I show them. so far no issues with my 1919a4. Like using cloth belts more anyway
