Can I just point out that I love the fact that stuff like this happens all the time with you guys on here? Customer service done right and one of many reasons that I was back at MFS for a class this morning.I am not happy to hear about this or any other delay on this stuff. I will make some calls right now to get this moving.
We actually have our own backup electrical system...I hated the idea of depending on others to keep the doors open.

agreed and +1 for mfs. customer service has become a thing of the past for a lot of businesses. mfs knows how to do it. only suggestion i would make is an additional location in s.e. mass. Yeh they told me they send the work out to neoponset valley gunsmithing ... never heard of them,

I just got word that we expect to pick the rifle up on Tuesday. Sorry again for the delay. I was unaware it was taking so long to turn these things around.
