Mexican guns made In America?

Watching an "Explorer" (episode: Narco State) show on Natgeo and they are running through the old saw about all the American guns coming down...

19minutes in and he holds up an M60 and says its made in America (and the narrator repeats this)...

Through the wonders of DVR, you can clearly make out the real origin on the receiver:

"Made in China by Norinco"

Um?

I watched it, they probably talked about guns for like 2-3 minutes or so. At least they went into an AZ gun shop, where the dealer basically said "Well, if they're not getting them from the US, they'll get them from central + south america, etc... "
