+1, metal storm was supposed to be the future back in the early 2000s, just like the Land Warrior system.

I saw demo of a pistol .
I forget how many rounds it was , but you loaded them inline in the barrel. It was brake action . I forget if it was cgi or real , it was on future weapons.
