Hi all, I see this is an old thread so, I hope I get a response when this moves up front.
I fall into the same category. At this point all went well. Chief is giving me a hard time giving my guns back. I know I have to go to the courthouse and fill out some paperwork so I can drag the police Department into court. Physic paperwork is in order from my stay at the hospital since last August when I was ordered by the police (18 hrs). I was proven sane, IE: Not going to kill myself or others. question: Does anyone know what forms to fill out? My understanding is that someone at the courthouse would be more than happy to help me.
