MDTS Utah Non Resident Permit Course
MDTS State of Utah non resident permit course. This course is a four hour block of classroom instruction which meets all requirements for the State of Utah. Mark Sack is the primary instructor and has been instructing this course in NYS since 2007. This will be a one stop class providing attendees with photo's, fingerprints, notary service and all other necessary information that Utah requires. All you have to do is attend the class, pay the state processing fee ($65.25) and drop your envelope in the mail. The Utah Non-Res Permit is good in 29 states.
(AL, AK, AZ, AR, DE, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, & WY * = as of January 2010 - always check before traveling - NY does NOT honor the UT permit.)
