After listening to our washing machine sound like a 747 take off for a few months now, we finally decided to start looking for a new one. Just in time, too since it started leaking this morning. Anyway, we ended up buying a matched set, GE washer and dryer so our current dryer has to go. Unlike the washer which is going to the junk yard, the dryer is still in excellent condition.
It is about 10 years old. Maytag Neptune electric (240volt, 30 amp). It's very clean and works perfectly. Large tub, front access lint clean out, white exterior finish. No dents, dings, scratches to speak of. Runs quietly and dries quickly.
Trying to recover a little bit of the $1800 I just spent on the new appliances.
Asking $100. Cord not included but if you buy the correct cord for your outlet (three or four wire) I will install it for you. Located in Peabody, I will help load it onto your truck as well.
