Just bored and making my lunch. We have Mayonnaise and Miracle Whip in the fridge... Today I opted for the Miracle Whip, but I enjoy them both...

How bout the rest of you?

Adam

I like them both too. The majority of time it's the MW but I do like Helmans too for a change.
My wife puts MW on just about everything! She loves the stuff.

I'll be the ringer (not much of a surprise there). I don't have much use for either one. Catsup, mustand, or horseradish depending what it's accompanying.

I'm with Ken here.

I actually hate both mayo and miracle whip. And I've been accused of putting ketchup or hot sauce on damn near everything! [lol]

I prefer to mix mayo and kethcup together. Can't have a veggie burger without mayo AND ketchup. But if it's fries, the best way to have them is dipped in honey mustard dressing.

I grew up with MW, so that's what I use. Course, MW and horseradish together is quite yummy. And SR, I use catsup and MW on my burgers too. [wink]

I cannot stand MW. My wife, on the other hand adores the stuff. I like Helman's (Best Food's brand when it is west of the Rockies) and am not real fond of Cain's even though it is a local, New England favorite.

My mother used to make a salad dressing using mayo and catsup and of course the Germans and the Belgians like to put mayo on Pomme Frittes or Fries.

In my fantasy world, I would take every jar of MW I could find, still filled with the stuff, and use them as targets ! (yeah I know it ain't eco-cool to use glass targets, but like I say, this is a fantasy :) )

Oh, gotta have MW in the tuna salad or it just doesn't taste right. And tonite I had a couple prime rib sandwiches with MW and a some Yorkshire Pudding.

The prime rib and Yorkshire pudding sound wonderful, but I wouldn't use mayo on that either, maybe a little mayo, but mainly horseradish.

I hope you enjoyed your sandwich. Tonight my little six year old granddaughter is visiting us...we went to Mickey Dees (her choice) [cry]

Oooooo Jon....you just made my mouth water. BTW - Ed made Martha Washington's Plum pudding for his folks house for Christmas Eve...it twern't bad at all. I should post the recipe.

Plum pudding Hmmmmm. Never had that but I'd try it. Post the recipe.
And Mark, there was lots of Horseradish sauce on my plate for the Christmas meal when we had the Prime Rim and Yourkshire Pudding the first time around.

I mixed up a batch of tuna salad last night. 2 cans of tuna, red onions chopped VERY find, and thinly sliced celery.

I have in today on Peprige Farms whole grain wheat with the oatmeal on the top crust! I also packet some Triscuts, a pear, a tangerine, and a banana and peanut butter granola bar. The banana and granola bar are for breakfast.

DAMN I'm getting hungry!

If any of you that like Mayo on your fries come up my way, don't be shocked when the waitstaff isn't shocked when you ask for Mayo for your fries. I like them with Mayo, and don't use ketchup any more than I have to.
