Maura spanks another dealer for selling Glocks

This happened due to an FFL at the Marlboro Gun Show ratting him out to the Gun Show promoters for selling a Glock and was subsequently escorted out of the building. He was investigated as part of that situation. Total BS when you get screwed by one of your own. He gave up his license in MA but he's still an FFL and attending gun shows in other states. I bought my P38 from him at the NH Gun Show for a good price.

yes. IF they provided documentation the firearm was going to be used in the course of employment, etc. I believe....it's sooooo f*cking convoluted

Only law enforcement can be so privileged to own a firearm that they could shoot their own leg with and then blame the manufacture for a defective weapon.

There was a thread last year about this, I think it was in the Marlboro show one. The promoter was the one who ratted them out if I recall correctly.

So if I understand, our beef is with the promoter of the Foxboro and Marlboro shows? Or are they just getting pressured by someone else (a cop who was at both shows)?

Your AG should have to explain under oath how a Glock is unsafe in the hands of a seasoned gun owner who has never had an ng in public but is safe in the hands of cops that sometimes are confused which end is which and what the slide does in relation to the magazine.

The promoter is the one that got the cops involved when he was escorted out, which is how it made it's way to Heir Maura. As to the FFL that ratted them out I'm actually a little torn. I've done a lot of business with this FFL and have always thought the owner and his wife were real nice folks. The weird part is that this FFL is in Sutton as well and I'm thinking there must be some bad blood between the two for this to happen. If you haven't figured it out yet the store is Stoney Acres.

They broke Rule #1. That has consequences, and yet another name goes on the NES boycott list.
Glock models are on the EOPS list and have been for some time, so they've been tested to those standards, and have also been approved by the board. Some Glocks meet the features list put forth by the AG. Even if it's a Glock with a factory LCI (extractor LCI) the AG says it doesn't have one... Something to do with the Glock manual saying to "always treat a gun as if it's loaded even if the LCI says otherwise" or similar I don't remember the exact wording - you know, that basic concept covered in the state mandated safety course? It reads like legal CYA, but the AG says "no that means they don't work!"
Remember that the AGs authority in making her BS features list has everything to do with "consumer products" and "selling practices". Mad Maura, and AGs of the past have decided that somehow a dealer selling you an EOPS approved, non-AWB pistol is "deceiving" or "misleading" you if they sell you a pistol without a disconnect or LCI. Even if they tell you about this, there's an MFG roll mark on the side of the gun, the dealer makes you sign something, whatever, it's somehow "deceptive" to you as a buyer. Remember, as a buyer, you already have taken a safety course which covers the concept of treating firearms as if they are loaded, and clearing/checking the chamber.
****ing really? C'mon. Imagine if that logic was applied to ANY OTHER CONSUMER PRODUCT. People would riot. We can't riot. We can't afford to become prohibited persons.

Glock needs to sue the AG and come at her hard, especially on the tail of all these other suits - and given the AGs "investigation".
