Massachusetts High Court Strikes Down Stun Gun Ban

This.

But, to the OP. Read what the court said. They consider the use of stun guns to be lethal force. So in their eyes, if you are not justified to use a gun you are not justified to use a stun gun.
The police routinely use stun guns just to facilitate subduing a subject to make an arrest less violent not to be lethal.

There are two separate terms on the continuum - "less lethal" and "less than lethal". The former refers to things less likely to kill than a gun; the latter refer to things that will not kill (nerf guns, etc.). People often confuse the meaning of the two terms.

They should test it on the AG so she can see if it's safe for us poor peasants.

Here’s what I would like to know; if you end up needing an LTC to possess one (it currently looks like the Legislature is going down this route), what happens if you have a Target & Hunting restriction?

The licensing official can write any sort of restriction (s)he wants, including T&H for guns, carry for Tasers only.
