Would a WWII anti tank rifle be legal to own in Massachusetts? I can’t seem to find out the exact details on DD ownership in MA.

Thanks

Although the founding fathers would approve, Dimples and her cohorts would not. Even if there is not an actual prohibition against anti tank rifles, the DA's office would find a statute with enough slop in it to encompass anti tank rifles, anti aircraft guns, bazookas, mortars, etc.

Then you would have to find a lawyer with the balls to step on the state's toes. They all vanished during the vaxx mandates.

The state, flush with billions of your tax dollars that they are by law required to refund to us but will find a way not to, will simply engage in lawfare. That leaves you broke and homeless.

On the positive side, when they come for your anti tank gun, you might be able to take out the whole swat team in their van if you position yourself correctly.

I was hoping being a C&R approved rifle it would be easier.

Good old Massachusetts…
