Thought you might be interested in the legislative activity around bump stocks.

I firmly support a ban on bump stocks like essentially all of my colleagues, Republic and Democrats. But there is more than one way to write the ban.

Would very much welcome web comment on the two alternative approaches to the proposed ban.

me too. as usual I shared my opinion that the legislature could probably focus on more productive avenues rather than chipping away at freedoms like the crown did a few hundred years back.

He sent a similar email a few months back about suppressors. I sent him a respectful, well-reasoned reply. No histrionics, name-calling, etc., just a calm, rational argument supporting them. Crickets.

**** Brownsberger and the rest of them that think either of these choices will make 1 crime not happen, they have just added more people to the felony list and not addresses one actual issue
