Mass Non-Resident LTC

I just heard from one of my students. He applied on March 13 and received it today (24May06) with an expiration of 23MAY07.

It took him less time to get his first LTC than it took for my fifth or sixth renewal!

BTW, LTC-A All Lawful Purposes.
