If I have a Ma. LTC, and a R.I. out of state permit, would I be able to transport handguns from a R.I. dealer to a Mass. dealer and vice versa? I have friends that are dealers in both states. Thank you!!

Of course you can, you are licensed in both states.
Thank you, Len, you never know what hidden obstacles you may find in Ma.
Just make sure any >10 rd mags (>5 rd for shotgun) are NOT brought into MA and the guns don't meet the "post-ban AW" definition and you will be fine.
