mass legal moss 835 ultra mag

I know this is a dumb question but I need to ask it. My friend down south won a moss 835 ultra mag shot gun. Nothing crazy just a base model. Either way he is going to sell it to me and from one dealer to a mass dealer we would like to do it. Is that shot gun mass legal? Sorry for dumb question. When I was in army we didn't have these laws. It was nice. Thank you

Is that shot gun mass legal?

Yes, as a pump action, it is exempt from the AWB.

A minimum of a FID-C is required for purchase/possession.

FYI, the law does not require a FFL on his end, only on your end. However, confirm with your FFL they will accept a shipment from a non-FFL. Though perfectly legal, some won't as a matter of policy.

You don't need to use 2 dealers. One dealer is plenty.
